INTRODUCING A PILATES : RETREAT
Introducing a Pilates-led retreat designed to bring you back to yourself. A space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
Rooted in the true essence of Pilates, this experience is supported by practices that regulate the nervous system, restore the body, and create space for stillness. A blend of intentional movement with restorative practices including lymphatic drainage, acupuncture, and deep rest.
This 4-day, 3-night experience is designed to support both the body and mind through a considered blend of movement, restorative therapies, and intentional rest. Set in a serene natural environment, days unfold slowly—beginning with guided Pilates sessions, followed by time to unwind through practices such as restorative bodywork, acupuncture, and thermal experiences.
A series of thoughtfully curated workshops and conversations will offer guidance from experienced practitioners, including naturopaths and wellness specialists—providing supportive, practical tools that can be carried into everyday life. Nourishing meals, meaningful connection, and moments of stillness sit at the heart of the retreat, creating an experience that feels both grounding and deeply restorative.
Guests are encouraged to move, rest, and reconnect at their own pace, with space woven throughout to simply be. A space to step away from the noise of modern wellness and return to a more intuitive, individual approach — where strength, presence, and wellbeing are cultivated from within.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Accomodation
3 nights, 4 days at the renowned Soma Byron Bay. Featuring spacious, thoughtfully designed rooms with king-sized beds, air conditioning, and private ensuite bathrooms.
Food
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. A thoughtfully curated, organic farm-to-table menu designed to nourish, restore, and sustain your energy throughout the retreat.
Pilates
Twice daily Pilates with Brooke Thoughtfully guided sessions to energise and unravel the body—supporting mobility, awareness, and a deeper connection to self.
Tea Ceremony
A grounding practice to encourage stillness, presence, and nervous system regulation.
Bathouse Access
Sauna, ice bath & bathhouse access (Soma's newest addition). Thermal experiences to support recovery, circulation, and deep restoration.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must be available to attend the retreat on the specified dates.
4. Competition Period

One (1) winner will receive:

Inclusions:
As outlined in the promotional material, including accommodation, meals, Pilates sessions, wellness experiences, and curated products.
Exclusions:
Travel to/from the retreat
Optional add-ons (e.g. acupuncture, massage, IV therapy)
Personal expenses
The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
This is a game of chance.
The winner will be drawn at random within 3 days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified via Instagram DM and/or email.
If the winner does not respond within 72 the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
8. Prize Conditions
The winner must attend with one nominated guest.
Both participants must comply with retreat terms and health/safety requirements.
If the winner is unable to attend, the prize is forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
The Promoter is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the prize.
Participation in retreat activities is at the entrant’s own risk.
10. Cancellation / Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside its control.

12. Privacy
