Introducing a Pilates-led retreat designed to bring you back to yourself. A space to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Rooted in the true essence of Pilates, this experience is supported by practices that regulate the nervous system, restore the body, and create space for stillness. A blend of intentional movement with restorative practices including lymphatic drainage, acupuncture, and deep rest.
This 4-day, 3-night experience is designed to support both the body and mind through a considered blend of movement, restorative therapies, and intentional rest. Set in a serene natural environment, days unfold slowly—beginning with guided Pilates sessions, followed by time to unwind through practices such as restorative bodywork, acupuncture, and thermal experiences.

A series of thoughtfully curated workshops and conversations will offer guidance from experienced practitioners, including naturopaths and wellness specialists—providing supportive, practical tools that can be carried into everyday life. Nourishing meals, meaningful connection, and moments of stillness sit at the heart of the retreat, creating an experience that feels both grounding and deeply restorative.

Guests are encouraged to move, rest, and reconnect at their own pace, with space woven throughout to simply be. A space to step away from the noise of modern wellness and return to a more intuitive, individual approach — where strength, presence, and wellbeing are cultivated from within.

Accomodation

3 nights, 4 days at the renowned Soma Byron Bay. Featuring spacious, thoughtfully designed rooms with king-sized beds, air conditioning, and private ensuite bathrooms.

Twice daily Pilates with Brooke Thoughtfully guided sessions to energise and unravel the body—supporting mobility, awareness, and a deeper connection to self.
